DATA Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon Vendor Central, including product listings, pricing, promotions, advertising campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Optimize product listings, driving sales performance and ensuring seamless operational collaboration across internal & external teams.
  • Manage & process purchase orders from Amazon.
  • Create and optimize product detail pages to enhance visibility, discoverability, and conversion.
  • Analyze marketplace performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve channel profitability.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to support product launches, inventory alignment, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon policies and platform guidelines while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Optimize catalog structure, SEO, and merchandising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform channel strategy and stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Continuously refine content to meet brand standards and maximize performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or product management, with a strong preference for Amazon Vendor Central experience.
  • Fluency in English spoken & written (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing consumer products on e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
