JOB TITLE

Customer Service Officer - Access Control | MAF Entertainment | Admissions

ROLE SUMMARY

To deliver customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of Ski Dubai on the access control.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Admissions SOP.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints or queries professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions, and services.
  • Promote and assist with sales through suggestive selling and bookings.
  • Monitor and enforce safety requirements, including minimum age (2+) and under-13 helmet policy.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, organized, and continuously maintained.
  • Perform general clerical tasks and other reasonable duties as assigned by managers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, fully groomed and in complete uniform at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong English literacy and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance.
  • Customer service experience (minimum 2 years) with a focus on flexibility and initiative.
  • Previous security experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
