Job Description
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
  • Collecting payments from customers as per the agreed terms.
  • Following up on outstanding dues and ensuring timely payments.
  • Coordinating with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any stream.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the Customer Relationship (UAE or home country).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in maintaining good relationships with clients and handling monthly repayments.
