Role Summary

The Content Programming Coordinator (CPC) will assist in building movie and TV content libraries for our aviation clients. It is expected that CPCs are passionate about content and can use their enthusiasm and knowledge to effectively research, screen and evaluate titles. CPCs will support Content Programming Managers (CPMs) in producing quality and commercially beneficial content recommendations.

CPCs may support one or more accounts, depending on the volume of content, the frequency of refresh cycles, and the complexity of the accounts. Once the client has approved their final content selections, CPCs will be focused on documenting these selections to pass across to the Global Operations team to start ordering and processing media.

Location: Dubai Media City, UAE

Remote Options: This role will be on a hybrid work arrangement, 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Research movie, TV, and/or audio content for aviation clients based on their customers profiles and contractual requirements
  • Screen content to assess quality and relevance to client
  • Write critical reviews and rate content screened to be used as a measurement of quality internally and with clients
  • Research using a variety of tools necessary available assets (e.g language tracks, edited versions, HD/4K)
  • Assist in completion of internal paperwork to document content selections for our Operations team to order and process
  • Escalate relevant issues to management as they arise to ensure adherence to deadlines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
