A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Bakery Production Manager to oversee all bakery products. The successful candidate should have an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with a specialization in bakery. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in a larger operation, you will manage bakery production to meet the hotel’s standards and contribute to the success of its outlets and banquets.
You will be responsible for the management of the Bakery Production for all bakery products, making sure that they contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with bakery specialization.
Minimum 1 year work experience as apprentice or Commis in larger operation.
Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
