About the role

As a Commis 1 in Brasserie Frantzén by Björn Frantzén, you will join our professional kitchen team at a level where the only way is up. If you already know some kitchen basics, our team of award-winning Chefs will continue your training and assist you on your chosen career path. It is essential that you have some professional kitchen experience and are dedicated to becoming a world-class Chef.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.

It is a very busy environment, and you should be prepared to prioritize, work hard and work fast with a keen eye on quality.
