Job Overview
  • Regular review of business processes and policy and recommend changes, discuss and implement
  • Conduct periodic awareness sessions for Finance and other OTC teams on Internal controls, business process, policy and OHS
Responsibilities
  • Managing monthly D&A & Revenue closing activities for UAE & OG Business
  • CDA tracking, Rebate accrual and credit Notes for Customer – CDA & Credit notes
  • Coordinate with Sales and AR accountant to clear credit notes timely manner
  • Update the Workflow for approved Budget by line item
  • Track the AS Raised VS approved
  • Tracking of Approved vs actual D&A and ensure any over spending is reported to management and approval are secured
  • Monthly all D&A related accrual preparation and review with CFM
  • Prepare Monthly D&A budget vs actual spend analysis and COC share with CFM
  • Volume and Revenue Analysis vs plan vs YAGO vs PAGO
  • Monthly Stale Reserve review and secure CFM approval
  • Promo performance analysis
  • Trade Support & Co-packing budget tracking and Invoice review
  • Adhoc report and Analysis
  • Tracking of sales Incentives
  • Sales commission review and secure approval, submit to HR for payment -
  • Support on the Bad Debts and legal status
  • Managing day-to-day financial operation activities on the assigned DC
  • Working closely with sales team to ensure excellence (Sales Go to market etc.)
  • Liaise between DC and leadership team
  • Liaison with Credit controller, insurance, legal accountant and internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure healthy sales by Evaluating the CCPFs requests
  • Frequent review and analysis on Stales / Damages and proposed appropriate actions.
  • Sustain roll out of COSO & GFS by periodic updates of business processes and RCMS.
  • Sustain overall effective control rating on PepsiCo GCS tool.
  • Conduct Risk awareness sessions with other functions to ensure compliance with controls over the OTC cycles
  • Provide feedback and work with OTC Controller for optimization of the area of opportunities, support of business issues and initiatives.
