Job Summary

Function as the machine operator for Blasting, Prime/ liquid coating and Powder station

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station.
• Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
• Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
• Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.
• Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
• Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation
• Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
