The role involves daily housekeeping duties across multiple units, ensuring a spotless, welcoming, and sanitary environment for guests and residents. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction and upholding the property’s reputation for excellence. Immediate availability is required, and candidates must be prepared to work a structured 10-hour shift with a weekly day off. Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, corridors, bathrooms, and other facility spaces.
  • Restock and replenish toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies as required.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances in assigned areas.
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and ironing of linens and staff uniforms.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and adjust tasks based on occupancy and peak periods.
  • Ensure all work meets the high standards of cleanliness expected in luxury hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
  • Nationality: Indonesian, Sri Lankan, or Filipino only
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: Below 50 years
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in housekeeping within hospitality, residential, or hotel environments
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and use of cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Immediate availability and willingness to start work without delay
  • Valid passport and work visa (must remain valid for at least 1 month beyond the start date)
  • No history of visa cancellations, fines, or employment violations
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to follow written instructions and checklists
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Clean criminal record and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work a 10-hour shift with one day off per week
  • Must be open to a live-out arrangement with pick and drop transportation provided
