Job Purpose
The Civil Works Technician is responsible for performing a variety of civil works, including painting, masonry, carpentry, and gypsum works. The role ensures timely completion of assigned tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned civil works services such as painting, gypsum, masonry, and carpentry as scheduled by the Civil Works Supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Report concerns, issues, and client complaints promptly to the Supervisor for corrective action.
- Provide technical support to ensure all property civil works are maintained in good condition.
- Deliver high-quality work and support client satisfaction objectives.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Technical Certificate in Painting, Carpentry, Masonry, or Gypsum.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Civil Works Technician in a property management, facilities management, or construction environment where quality and technical delivery are critical.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge:
- Civil works and fit-out techniques for buildings.
- Basic health and safety practices.

- Basic English communication skills.
