Job summary

A prominent hospitality company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Front Office Administrator. This role involves registering guest information and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma. Previous experience in the hotel industry and familiarity with PMS systems are advantageous. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on maintaining guest confidentiality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous front office or administrative experience in the hotel industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the UAE CID system and PMS is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Register and update guest information in the CID system.
  • Scan and upload passports, visas, and IDs accurately.
  • Coordinate with Front Office Reservations and Security on guest data.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prepare and submit daily CID reports to management.
