Qualifications

Why This Role Matters

Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC assets, including inspections, fault response, and performance monitoring. Provides technical support through troubleshooting, repairs, installation, commissioning, and programming of chiller systems, along with preparing service reports and recommendations. Ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains accurate maintenance records. Supports overall facility operations by monitoring building systems, utilities, and energy usage. Delivers professional customer service through effective communication and timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

What You’ll Drive
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of Chiller and accossiated assets. (Including Chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps etc...)
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor the Chiller cooling parameters and maintain at optimal level.
Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose faults and carry out repairs of Chiller and HVAC systems
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Programming of Chiller (if required) and installation of replacement spare parts.
  • Prepare service report for Chiller with recommended actions.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks.
Facility Operations
  • Support day-to-day operations of the facility, including lighting, water supply, and waste management.
  • Monitor building automation systems and energy usage to optimize performance.
Customer Service:
  • Interact professionally with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback on maintenance issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
