Job summary

A leading human resources consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement annual marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the Food/FMCG sector, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively. This role involves driving brand equity, executing product launches, and overseeing promotional activities to enhance market presence. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to lead market analysis and collaborate with various teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing and sales channels.
  • Experience with market research and product lifecycle management.
