Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for managing all cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing, and providing a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
  • Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
  • Coordinate with the floor staff and management for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
  • Assist in daily reporting and record-keeping for management.
