Black Pearl is supporting a growing technology solutions provider in the UAE in hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The company delivers enterprise-grade IT services including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation, software development, managed services, and automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients, and achieving consistent revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new clients within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and sell IT solutions tailored to client business needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business expectations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales (IT/technology sector preferred).
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Performance Expectations
