Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and client engagement within the education and IT sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue through specialized education solutions. This position requires a consultative approach, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and identify solutions sales opportunities within education accounts.
  • Manage and grow the education sales pipeline, focusing on attach business, upsell revenue, and contractual renewals.
  • Establish consultative relationships with clients up to IT management level, understanding their unique education needs.
  • Collaborate with account managers, sales, presales, and channel teams to qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.
  • Facilitate solution development in cooperation with internal and external experts to anticipate client needs.
  • Build sales readiness by transferring knowledge and reducing client learning curve.
  • Manage service delivery and ensure at least 85% utilization of training credits before expiry.
  • Maintain accurate deal profiles, forecasting, and client training records.
