The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business development within the interior fit-out or contracting industry in the GCC. Strong communication and client management skills are crucial for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in interior fit-out/contracting industry in UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out project cycles, costing, and market dynamics.
  • Proven network of industry contacts (consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients).

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the fit-out sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Provide input to senior management regarding business growth strategies, pricing, and market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry in UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out project cycles, costing, and market dynamics.
  • Proven network of industry contacts (consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
