Job summary
A leading advertising firm in the UAE is seeking a Business Development Executive to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets in the fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business development within the interior fit-out or contracting industry in the GCC. Strong communication and client management skills are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in interior fit-out/contracting industry in UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of fit-out project cycles, costing, and market dynamics.
- Proven network of industry contacts (consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients).

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry in UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of fit-out project cycles, costing, and market dynamics.
- Proven network of industry contacts (consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
