Job summary

A leading organisation in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive sector growth and engage with senior clients. This role combines client management, strategy, and market development, requiring strong analytical skills and 6–8 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should have a background in financial services or fintech, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years’ experience in Business Development or Client Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, fintech or related sectors.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, proactive relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Support in attracting new clients by articulating sector value propositions and aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, preparing briefings, presentations, and market insights.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support sector strategies and market-entry discussions.
  • Manage and support clients through the full onboarding process, coordinating with regulatory, operational and leasing teams.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by resolving setup issues and ensuring smooth interactions across internal departments.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to elevate the client experience and streamline operational workflows.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure CRM systems remain effective, accurate and aligned to business needs.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, roundtables and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain strong brand representation and support awareness of the organisation’s competitive offering.
  • Ensure adherence to information security, risk management and governance requirements.
