About The Role

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our commercial team. You will use your proven experience in closing new business within the UAE market to drive exceptional sales performance.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Driving revenue engagement and new customer acquisition
  • Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting through to close whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with the support from your Manager and the wider team
  • Researching, preparing, and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About You
  • You will have business proficient English language skills
  • You will have 4-6 years experience within sales with a proven track record of closing new business in the UAE market
  • You possess natural communication skills and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual, and in-person acquisition; resilience is key!
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
  • You love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
