Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the culinary and hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, particularly within the F&B ecosystem from ingredient brands to kitchen equipment manufacturers.

You will play a key role in expanding the company’s network and influence across the region through high-impact collaborations and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnerships with F&B brands, kitchen appliance suppliers and premium ingredient providers.
  • Confidently pitch the platform’s value proposition and programs to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships that drive recurring collaborations and brand visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, content and program delivery) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and provide regular reports on business development performance.
  • Create compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to both internal objectives and partner needs.
Requirements
  • 5–6 years of experience in business development within the hospitality, culinary or F&B industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in building relationships and closing deals with C-level executives and brand partners.
  • Background in hospitality events, culinary exhibitions or F&B-related brand activations is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality and innovative collaboration.
  • Existing network within the F&B and hospitality industry in the UAE or GCC.
  • Previous experience engaging with chefs, culinary institutions or foodtech platforms.
  • Exposure to both regional and international brand partnerships.
