Overview

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a SWIFT-related transformation program. This role involves close collaboration with product, operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors to drive requirements, testing, and successful rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Management

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
• Translate product strategies into actionable use cases
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and process maps
• Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and finance needs

Project Coordination & Execution

• Act as SPOC for BA activities in the transformation program
• Work with IT and vendors to ensure accurate implementation
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive timely delivery

Testing & Validation

• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Support system readiness and post-deployment validation
• Coordinate regression and end-user testing

Documentation & Training

• Create SOPs, user manuals, and training material
• Deliver training to business users and operations teams

Rollout & Post-Implementation Support

• Assist in pilot rollout and go-live activities
• Support issue resolution and continuous enhancement

What You Bring

bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of BA experience, preferably in Transaction Banking / Cash Management

Strong understanding of Payments, SWIFT, and ISO20022

Familiarity with core banking systems, payment hubs, and digital transformation initiatives

Project lifecycle experience - Agile and/or Waterfall

Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the UAE banking sector
• Prior involvement in SWIFT and Payment Rails-related projects
• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel
