• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences, including knowledge of local coffee culture in Dubai.

Qualifications
