• Conference and Banqueting Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel/Events Centre.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Banquets/Events
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels
• Propose ideas to improve Conference and Banqueting operations
• Optimize sales and contain costs
• Ensure training is carried out on an ongoing basis
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Banquet team
