The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess at least 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing or lab services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing or lab services.
• Strong technical understanding of ISO, IEC, SAE, ASTM testing standards.
• Experience with environmental chambers and vibration shakers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire clients including OEMs and R&D centers.
• Promote testing services and prepare technical proposals.
• Achieve sales targets through structured pipeline management.
• Act as the main contact between customers and engineering teams.
