Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the full employee lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with department leaders on performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning and onboarding
  • Develop and implement training and development programs, focusing on leadership and organizational culture
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, well-being, and high performance across the organization
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and People & Culture reporting requirements
  • Maintain HR systems and lead recognition programs for employees
  • Assist in workforce planning, productivity analysis, and strategic HR initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in People & Culture roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Genuine passion for people and organizational culture
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
