About the Role

As Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition at Atlantis Dubai, you’ll lead the full recruitment cycle across our iconic resorts—Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, and Aquaventure Waterpark—for your assigned divisions. From strategy and sourcing to offer management and onboarding, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and select top talent. You’ll manage high‑volume hiring, recruitment events, and agency relationships, while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll also lead projects to enhance recruitment processes, reporting, and employer branding.

About You

You bring at least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, including two in an assistant managerial capacity, ideally within the hospitality sector. You have a strong background in high‑volume recruitment and international hiring, with hands‑on expertise in using applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and LinkedIn Recruiter. You’re confident managing agencies, facilitating interviews, analysing recruitment trends, and delivering training to hiring managers. With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
