Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing. The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives across multiple platforms. This role focuses on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and capable of overseeing end‑to‑end digital strategy while managing internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and content changes in coordination with developers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of all digital marketing activities across internal and external channels.
- Analyze digital metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize performance.
- Maintain and grow the organization's social media presence across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to enhance user experience and support content creation.
- Build and optimize user funnels to drive conversions and improve ROI.
- Brainstorm and execute strategies for digital growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Evaluate customer experience across channels and provide data-driven insights.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable reports to management.
- Support marketing events and assist senior management with digital-related tasks when needed.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are accurately represented across digital and social channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media management.
- 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a team.
- Proven background in launching and managing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience using CRM systems for campaign integration and data management.
- Prior experience in the business setup or free zone industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in SEO/SEM tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
