• 6-10 years of progressive finance experience within the manufacturing sector.
• GCC experience, especially UAE and KSA is required.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Manage relationships with banks and secure financial facilities.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Monitor ERP system performance and coordinate with support vendors.
• Set performance goals, provide feedback, and mentor finance team members.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of IFRS and regulatory standards

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent)

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Excellent reporting, communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Proven leadership skills in developing high-performing finance teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
