A leading energy sector company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assembly and Test Technician 1 to support daily operations. Responsibilities include assembling and testing wellhead products and conducting inspections. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience. Physical fitness and a willingness to rotate shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of assembling or pressure testing working experience.
• API 6A knowledge on wellhead products are an additional advantage.
• Physically fit without any major medical condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of Surface Wellheads & Trees.
• Maintain and store records per procedures and requirements.
• Conduct Final Inspection of products.

Job Purpose

Support daily operations by performing assembly and testing of Surface Wellheads & Trees as well as PCS jobs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all work processes, assembly and testing procedures. Preparation and upkeep of procedures throughout the process of assembly and FAT. Supporting and carry out assembly / testing activities across work cells.
• Maintaining and storing all the records as per the procedures and requirements. Preparation and conducting Final Inspection products.
• Able to operate and handle Assembly & test equipment’s (Pneumatic, electrical & hydraulic tools and pumps, DAQ, automated system & HPU). Ability to use laptop, tablets and other electronic devices in carrying out daily activities.
• Ability to comprehend work instructions, procedures and engineering blueprints, with some mechanical experience is necessary.
• Input labor hours accurately into Labor Tracking System (MES & Inteserv)

Qualifications

• You are meant for this job if :
• Trade certificate or Diploma in any Mechanical, fitting, automotive or relevant.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of assembling or pressure testing working experience and have a strong aptitude for continuous improvement.
• API 6A knowledge on wellhead products are additional advantage.
• Physically fit without any major medical condition.
• Able to rotate shift on a monthly basis.
