Job Overview

The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
Salary

Salary: AED 7,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
