Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Dubai seeks an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The candidate should possess skills in application troubleshooting, configuration, and proactive monitoring within an ITIL framework. The role requires handling critical production issues and a willingness to work extended hours during incidents. Candidates with knowledge of TCS BaNCS application and shell scripting are preferred.

  • Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
  • Able to handle pressure and support critical production issues.

  • Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
