Job summary

A leading transportation services company in Dubai is looking for a technician to provide engineering and maintenance services for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and CCTV systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and record-keeping. Candidates should have relevant experience, communication skills, and ideally hold a vocational qualification in electronics or engineering. A valid UAE driving license is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 1-year work experience as an electrical, mechanical, or electronics technician.
• Experience in maintaining automatic fare collection system components.

Responsibilities

• Assist the AFC Team Leader with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Install and service AFC and CCTV systems at various locations.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities.

Skills

Ability to use electronic test equipment

Ability to write technical reports

Good communication skills

Strong organizational skills

UAE driving license

Education

Vocational trade certificate/diploma/degree in electronics or engineering
