Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a strong administrator to join the HR department of a global Management Consultancy. This is a new role created to provide direct administration and coordination support to the very busy HR and Talent team and requires the services of an individual who is analytical by nature, highly organised and detail orientated.

Whilst this is very much an administration focused role, there is a huge scope for the right candidate to move towards Human Resources and learn on the job by taking on board extra responsibilities. The administrator will support and coordinate all staffing and talent management activities in the region as well as accurately recording and tracking details for all projects and staffing assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Talent Management, assigning all projects to relevant Talent Managers when project information is submitted to central in-box.
  • Manage all project bookings and consultant information in the staffing system, ensuring data, inputs and bookings are current and accurate.
  • Send follow-up communications one week before project end dates to confirm accurate end dates.
  • Support career review processes and ensure data is up to date for mid- and year-end reviews.
  • Conduct weekly and ad hoc analyses, maintain dashboards, and generate reports.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; a positive and proactive troubleshooter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic client services environment.
  • Analytical by nature, highly organised and detail oriented with strong administration skills.
  • Experience supporting HR and talent management activities is desirable.
