Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and leading a team. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage budgets for office supplies, equipment, and staffing needs.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Manage schedules for meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
