Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant with HR experience, you will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with various HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence for the HR department.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of employee information.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Support the implementation and management of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and questions.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Provide general support to the HR team, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, with a focus on HR support.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
