We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Admin Coordinator to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will coordinate the implementation of operations plans and processes to ensure a smooth supply chain and operational model, meeting product/service standards and exceeding quality standards in line with business strategy, policies, and guidelines.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of operations plans and processes.
  • Executing plans to achieve customer service, quality, and financial objectives for the assigned site or work stations.
  • Coaching and guiding the team for daily task execution to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Delegating jobs to respective sections and tracking activities related to receiving, handling, dispatching, and registered mailings.
  • Organizing work stations and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Managing resources, materials, and logistics infrastructure to deliver services.
  • Conducting regular reviews with customers on operational performance and delivery.
  • Supporting business development, account management, and customer renewal planning.
  • Proposing opportunities for business growth and customer retention, and supporting the development of customer business plans.
  • Coordinating operating processes, site infrastructure, equipment, IT systems, and structures to meet capacity targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, safety, health, security, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Identifying issues and opportunities for site improvements and productivity enhancements.
  • Understanding stakeholder interests and advising reports, customers, and stakeholders accordingly.
  • Maintaining regular contact with other departments and cooperating with third-party service providers.
