Job summary

A leading marketing agency based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Account Manager. The role requires acting as the main point of contact for clients in KSA and UAE, building long-term relationships, and coordinating projects between clients and internal teams. Applicants should have over 3 years of account management experience, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in Arabic and English. This is a remote position that offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in a marketing/creative agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience handling premium clients in KSA/UAE is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in KSA and UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Upsell agency services and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors relevant to client industries.
