Job Summary

The Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying qualifying and developing new business opportunities to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting client engagement and supporting the account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the development of account strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product/service overviews to prospects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, business development or a customerfacing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in industry e.g. SaaS, healthcare, fintech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and marketing automation platforms.
