Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Fujairah is looking for a proactive candidate for an Accommodation role. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, managing maintenance requests, and supporting HR activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and possess a strong command of English. The position is full-time and offers a dynamic work environment in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in Human Resources.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Sanitize all common areas daily, weekly, fortnightly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the Recreation Room.
  • Handle maintenance requests promptly.
  • Track inventory of new linen purchased for colleagues.
  • Prepare welcome pack for new associates in advance.
  • Address complaints from associates to HR management.
  • Conduct Accommodation Inspections twice monthly.
  • Support in monthly HR activities when required.

any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.

ownership of Accommodation Inspection minimum twice a month place the notice as approved by HR Manager.

and support in monthly HR activities when and where required.
