A staffing agency in Centurion is seeking an Office Administrator & Junior Bookkeeper to handle reception, invoicing, debt collection, and support administrative and financial functions. The ideal candidate has a bookkeeping certificate, experience in a professional environment, and excellent communication skills. Qualificações
2+ years of experience in a professional services environment (e.g., an accounting firm, consultancy).
Proven experience with client-facing duties and managing debtors.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Responsabilidades
Manage daily office administration including appointments and employee records.
Handle invoicing, quotes, supplier reconciliations, and payment allocations.
Coordinate IT-related tasks and maintain compliance documents.
Conhecimentos
Bookkeeping certificate
Experience with accounting software
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
