We are seeking an experienced and strategic Wealth Management - Product Distribution Manager to lead client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and marketing-driven growth initiatives across our wealth management business.

This role requires a unique blend of financial expertise and marketing capability — someone who can manage complex client portfolios while also driving brand presence, thought leadership, and market outreach.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in wealth management, business development, client strategy, and financial marketing for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Client Advisory & Portfolio Management
  • Provide high-level financial advice, portfolio construction, and investment planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Conduct detailed portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver holistic wealth planning covering tax, estate, retirement, and long-term investment strategies.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Design and execute marketing-driven client acquisition strategies.
  • Create compelling value propositions, presentations, and advisory content to engage prospects.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and brand-building activities.
  • Leverage marketing analytics to identify potential client segments and growth opportunities.
Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Build a strong referral ecosystem through consistent relationship-building and high-quality advisory work.
  • Identify new opportunities for AUM expansion, cross-selling, and long-term client partnerships.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and wealth forums to strengthen brand visibility.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Work closely with investment, product, and compliance teams to align client strategies with the firm's offerings.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to guide product development and positioning.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to integrate marketing, advisory, and investment goals.
Reporting & Performance Management
  • Track and report AUM growth, marketing outcomes, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Use financial and marketing analytics to optimize portfolio strategies and outreach plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and wealth industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP strongly preferred.
  • Years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning.
  • Proven marketing experience within financial services — ability to craft narratives, advisory content, and client-facing messaging.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, global markets, regulatory frameworks, and asset allocation strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in digital marketing for finance or wealth management.
  • Prior experience working with CRMs, financial planning tools, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to create thought leadership content (articles, webinars, market insights).
  • Exposure to global wealth markets or multi-jurisdictional financial planning.
