You will partner closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager to ensure seamless flow of inbound and outbound goods maintain stock integrity and keep customers informed every step of the way. Job duties

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure targets and service levels are met.
• Oversee accurate receiving storage picking and dispatch of goods.
• Manage stock rotation and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with planning budgeting and operational reporting.
• Drive SHEQ compliance ensuring all safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Coach and motivate your team promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with transporters suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and space optimisation within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferably FMCG.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAGE Evolution is a plus.
• Clear communicator with excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on approach and commitment to maintaining a safe efficient work environment.
