Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing and shipping of goods
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
• Manage a team of warehouse staff providing guidance, training and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and report on key performance indicators
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures
• Manage and track budget and expenses related to warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
