Job Description
To design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts that validate system functionality against defined business requirements. This job ensures system integrity and reliability by detecting and resolving defects before deployment, while promoting continuous improvement through structured change control and robust quality assurance practices.
- Deliver operational and cost targets, monitor budgets, approve expenditure, and resolve variances.
- Identify, manage, and elevate risks that could increase costs.
- Understand customer needs, deliver quality service, and ensure solutions align with business plans and standards.
- Communicate solutions, provide accurate product knowledge, resolve queries promptly, and build long‑term trust‑based relationships.
- Analyse feedback, propose ideas, and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to policies, legislation, and audit requirements; maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
- Implement and monitor business processes aligned to quality standards and customer journey mapping; suggest improvements and technology enablement.
- Provide input into tactical strategy and develop operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Assess performance, create and monitor development plans, and contribute to a learning culture.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, participate in communities of practice, and share knowledge for organisational improvement.
Are You Someone Who Has
- 3+ years’ experience in software testing (manual & automation).
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Familiarity with Hogan systems and banking industry experience (highly advantageous).
- Exposure to payments systems and related processes.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-year Degree/Diploma/National Diploma
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced)
