Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, technical, and experienced Technical Sales Consultant to drive consistent sales growth and develop strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial flooring and waterproofing systems, work collaboratively with our operations team to design tailor‑made technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction from proposal to project handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and construction sectors.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
  • Customer Solutions: Engage with clients to assess site conditions, technical requirements, and project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and technical teams to develop customised, effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and professional presentations to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses and full satisfaction.
  • Conduct post‑project follow‑ups to evaluate performance and identify future opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise effectively between sales, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth handovers and seamless project execution.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to management to support product development and continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
