Design next-generation clinical AI digital twin systems — senior-level solutions architect required. Title: Technical Architect (AI Platform Lead + Senior Solutions Engineer) — Digital Twin Clinical AI — (Contractor). Location: Remote — Suitable for offshore candidates who can align with Americas / Europe overlap.

Preferred regions

Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus), Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt), with strong English competency.

Base fee: USD $1,–$2 / MONTH + Performance Incentive (Contractor — paid via Wise or bank direct deposit). Employment type: Contractor (full-time). Company: Shae Group. Website: Who We Are. Who You Are

You are an experienced technical architect who has delivered complex cloud systems and production LLM / agent functionalities.

You understand multi-tenant system design, secure data ingestion pipelines, logging / metrics frameworks, SLA / SLO control, and AI safety / guardrail engineering.

You mentor teams, improve platform quality, and operate with focus and independence.

You pride yourself on attention to detail and excel in working environments that allow you to work independently on focused objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full platform architecture: multi-tenant structure, white-label components, observability tooling, IaC, SLO definitions, and long-term reliability.
  • Convert LLM and agent innovations into production-ready capabilities: retrieval pipelines, workflow agents, evaluation suites, caching layers, and robust safety scaffolding.
  • Architect secure, compliant data pipelines (wearables, processing, insights) using privacy-by-design principles.
  • Support engineering teams with architecture reviews, create diagrams / ADRs, and guide production hardening.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 8+ years developing cloud software, including 3+ years in architect / technical lead roles building LLM / agent features for production.
  • Expertise in systems architecture, API frameworks, CI / CD + MLOps, security requirements, and observability tooling.
  • Strong architectural writing and diagramming skills, plus real experience applying safety / guardrails to LLM-powered features.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Background in healthtech, regulated data environments, conversational / voice agents, or vector database architectures.
  • Familiarity with digital twin concepts or clinical decision-support workflows.
