Position Overview

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our team as an Economics Management Sciences (Gr 8 and 9) and Business Studies (FET) Teacher.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) and a PGCE or B.Ed. (FET) with specialisation in Business Studies
• Valid SACE registration and a current police clearance
• 3–6 years of teaching experience in the FET Phase in a school ending with an IEB exam
• 3–6 years of teaching experience in the field of Business Studies
• Competency in digital tools and computer literacy
• A lifelong learner who reflects on and improves their teaching practice, staying informed on global educational trends
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional presentation
• High emotional intelligence and a proven ability to manage professional relationships with maturity
