Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years' experience in Underwriting and leading a team of Portfolio Managers.
• 3 – 5 years' experience in insurance sales.
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitability and growth targets for binder holder brokers.
• Ensure current knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
• Drive new business by managing quotations and conversion ratios.
• Lead implementation of measures for service quality.
• Identify cross & up-selling opportunities across products.
