Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee recruiting, training, or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Overall Management of the HR and Administration Department.
• Performance Management for the organization.
• Developing and implementing a Training Plan.
• Conduct onboarding and exit interviews.
