Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ HR management experience, including 3 years in a leadership/Exco role.
  • Proven track record in industrial relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to organizational strategy as an Exco member.
  • Champion company culture and values throughout the organization.
  • Advise on HR, compliance, and people-related matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour laws.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Employment Equity and BBBEE compliance.
  • Oversee payroll administration and compliance.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Manage learnerships and upskilling opportunities.
